1 Hour Before Departure
6:30 a.m: Golden Lotus Travel ‘s tourist car picks you up at the meeting point in the center of Hanoi. Depart for Cao Bang and have breakfast on the way. Start the tour Cao Bang Ha Giang.
11:00 a.m: Have lunch at Ba Be
1:00 p.m: Visit Ba Be Lake – one of the 100 largest freshwater lakes in the world and located in Ba Be National Park. The lake was formed more than 200 million years ago and is recognized as a national tourist area of Vietnam.
Here, you move into Ba Be National Forest, get on a motorboat to visit 3 interconnected lakes: Pe Lam, Pe Lu, Pe Leng, Puong cave, Dau Dang waterfall, Ba Be national park and you can walk around to see the Ba Be lake or stop to visit An Ma island, fairy pond, Ba Goa island.
3:30 p.m: Continue to Cao Bang.
7:00 p.m: Arrive in Cao Bang, check in at the hotel and have dinner. Overnight in Cao Bang city and free to explore the city at night.
7:00 a.m: Have breakfast at the hotel. Free Tea & Coffee
8:00 a.m: Visit Ban Gioc waterfall. Along the way, you admire the beautiful scenery of majestic mountains, overlapping in the Northeast mountains. Ban Gioc Waterfall is one of the top 4 largest transnational waterfalls in the world, located between the Vietnam – China border. Then move through Nguom Ngao cave. Stepping into Nguom Ngao cave, you will be overwhelmed by the magnificent natural scenery of this Cao Bang tourist destination. Stalactites with unique shapes and eye-catching colors “grow” in every corner.
9:30 a.m: Visit Phat Tich Truc Lam Ban Gioc Pagoda. This is one of the first temples in the Northeast region in Vietnam, with a very unique architecture along with a very idyllic natural setting, this promises to be a stop that tourists visit. You must definitely visit when coming to Ban Gioc waterfall
10:30 a.m: Continue to visit Pac Bo cave – Lenin stream, located in the special national revolutionary historical relic of Vietnam.
11:30 a.m: Have lunch at a local restaurant in Pac Bo. Then depart for Ha Giang. Experience the 14 – story pass in the Cao Bang Ha Giang Tour.
Evening: Arrive in Ha Giang, have dinner and stay overnight in a high-class homestay space.
7:00 a.m: Have breakfast at homestay.
8:00 a.m: Continue the journey up the mountain to explore Quan Ba District.
Quan Ba Heaven Gate: This is a famous landmark in Ha Giang with an altitude of up to 1500m. This is an important first gateway of Dong Van and this is also the starting point for you to enter the path of happiness.
– Co Tien Twin Mountain. This is an extremely impressive place, witnessing the extremely interesting and attractive beauty for tourists, this is also an impressive place for the people of Ha Giang, the beauty of the region. Tam Son stops here, visitors will admire as well as discover the beauty of this place.
– Take photos at the Lonely Tree: Stopping here will surely get you beautiful super photos.
– Mong culture and tourism village: is a place with beautiful natural scenery with rocky forest located in the geological heritage area. Visitors to the resort can admire the beautiful natural scenery, stay in the traditional Hmong house and experience the highland culture here.
12:00 a.m: Have lunch at a restaurant with famous specialties of Ha Giang.
1:30 p.m: You continue the journey to discover Ha Giang
– Lung Cu flagpole: Standing on Lung Cu flagpole, watching the national flag fluttering in the wind. Here, you can take souvenir photos.
– Pho Bang Yen Minh: This is where there are old houses with unique architecture. The fields on both sides of the road in Pho Bang are filled with Tam Giac Mach flowers. From Pho Bang, you will go to Lung Cam, where there is a peaceful and beautiful Sung La valley.
6:00 p.m: Arrive at Dong Van town. Have dinner at the restaurant. Walk around and visit Dong Van old town – the old town with bold architectural impressions of the Chinese and Lo Lo people with two-storey houses with yin and yang tiles, red lanterns, or enjoy the momentum of cups of coffee in the old town’s food court. After that, stay overnight at a hotel in Dong Van town.
7:00 a.m: Have breakfast, free to go to Dong Van market (weekly Sunday morning).
9:00 a.m: Check out of the hotel. Continue your journey to Meo Vac. On the way, you will admire Ma Pi Leng pass – this is known as the most beautiful pass in the rocky plateau, is a rugged pass road about 20 km long, crossing the top of Ma Pi Leng mountain with an altitude of 2,000m, connecting Meo Vac with Dong Van. This pass is famous for its winding roads like a snake wriggling from one mountain to another. The next point you stop to visit is the Nho Que River, known as the “deepest gorge in Southeast Asia ” – Tu San Gorge. Here you can take a motorbike taxi to the marina, get on a boat down the river with cool blue water, and mingle with nature.
12:00 a.m: Have lunch at Meo Vac.
1:30 p.m: You depart for Ha Giang. On the way, stop at Yen Minh to visit the most beautiful pine forests in Vietnam stretching on high mountain slopes to reach Yen Minh town.
6:30 p.m: Return to Ha Giang, have dinner at the restaurant. Preparing to depart for Hanoi.
